Rispetto alla stagione precedente i Cedar Rapids Silver Bullets ripresero l'attività. I Savannah Spirit e i Mississippi Jets si trasferirono rispettivamente a Tulsa e a Wichita Falls, cambiando nome in Tulsa Fast Breakers e Wichita Falls Texans. I Wyoming Wildcatters scomparvero.
